MGMT RESEARCH

One RETROD (Retatrutide) 20 mg vial, one BAC Water (Bacteriostatic Water) 3 mL vial, and a dual-vial container to hold them together.
RETROD 20 mg ($160) + BAC Water 3 mL ($10) = $170 when purchased separately. RETROD Duo is $165 and also includes the dual-vial holder.
RETROD Duo is excluded from the BAC Water promotion. Its 3 mL BAC Water vial is already included in the bundle. RETROD Duo vials do not count toward the 2–5 or 6+ gift thresholds; separately purchased eligible compound vials still qualify.
Tax-inclusive CAD pricing. E-transfer accepted · Credit cards coming soon.
RETROD COA pending. Independent testing will be performed by SideChain Analytics in Mississauga, Ontario.
Mix Easy · Open the calculator ↗RETROD Duo pairs one 20 mg RETROD vial with one 3 mL BAC Water vial and a compact translucent-white plastic dual-vial holder. The complete bundle is $165 CAD.
The holder keeps the two supplied vials together. It is an organizer and does not provide temperature control.

RETROD is our name for Retatrutide (LY3437943), a synthetic peptide investigated for its combined activity at the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. These pathways are involved in appetite, glucose regulation, and energy metabolism.
Your selected vial contains 20 mg of labeled lyophilized compound. This is the total vial amount, not a dose or a solution concentration. RETROD is sourced through a Canadian supplier partner and is not filled in-house by MGMT Research.
COA results are pending. Independent testing will be performed by SideChain Analytics in Mississauga, Ontario; verified purity and net-content figures will be published when available.
Retatrutide is studied for potential effects on body weight and metabolic health. These are research findings, not promised outcomes from this product.
One vial of BAC Water
Ready as a research diluent
Compatible preparation protocols

No universal reconstitution volume
Compatible non-human protocols
The 3 mL label states the volume supplied. It does not mean that every research vial requires 3 mL of diluent.
Bacteriostatic water is water formulated with a preservative, commonly benzyl alcohol, to inhibit bacterial growth. It differs from preservative-free sterile water. Refer to the supplied product label for its exact formulation, preservative concentration, expiry, and storage instructions.
It serves as a diluent or solvent to dissolve a compatible dry material or dilute an existing solution. In laboratory peptide research, reconstitution means adding an appropriate diluent to lyophilized powder to prepare a solution for a specified procedure.
RETROD Duo includes one 3 mL BAC Water vial alongside the RETROD 20 mg vial and dual-vial holder.
Follow the supplied vial labels, batch-specific supplier instructions and your laboratory’s validated storage and reconstitution procedures. A prepared solution’s shelf life has not been established for this product.

Select your compound, vial amount, diluent volume, and sample amount. Our calculator converts your inputs into a concentration, volume, and U-100 syringe marking.
Enter an example amount to calculate its volume.
0.2 mL of solution per sample
2 mg ÷ 10 mg/mL = 0.2 mL
Concentration = vial amount ÷ solution volume. Sample volume = sample amount ÷ concentration. U-100 scale units = volume in mL × 100; these are volume markings, not units of compound potency.
This example assumes the final solution volume equals the diluent volume entered, and that the compound dissolves completely. It does not establish solubility, compatibility, stability, or an administration dose.
Decimal measurements are mathematical results and may fall between markings. Full samples are rounded down; they do not account for handling losses.
The calculator checks concentration mathematics. It does not select a treatment dose or establish compatibility, sterility, or stability. SEMARO is temporarily unavailable and is omitted from this selector. BAC Water is the diluent, not a peptide.
In the Phase 2 study, gastrointestinal adverse events were most common and increased with dose. Heart-rate increases were also observed. Longer-term safety remains under investigation.
Retatrutide remains investigational, with no regulatory approval. Research-grade MGMT Research vials are not clinical-trial medication.
BAC Water is not suitable for every compound. Preservative-containing and preservative-free water are different preparations; the appropriate choice depends on the material and documented procedure.
A preservative inhibits bacterial growth but does not sterilize a contaminated preparation or replace appropriate handling technique.
Your included RETROD vial is labeled 20 mg. There is no approved male or female dosing regimen for this research product.
Adults were assigned 1, 4, 8, or 12 mg once weekly for 48 weeks under a controlled protocol. These are study details, not self-use instructions.
Laboratory sample amounts and preparation procedures should come from your validated protocol. Enter those amounts into Mix Easy to check the volume calculation.
Open Mix Easy ↗Read the original trial ↗The appropriate volume of BAC Water depends on the compound, required concentration, and validated research procedure. The 3 mL vial size is the volume supplied, not a universal mixing instruction.
Compound amount ÷ final solution volume = concentration. Laboratory sample amount ÷ concentration = sample volume.
Follow the documented diluent, equipment, mixing method, and storage requirements for the material being prepared. Mix Easy assumes the entered diluent volume equals the final solution volume.
