Orders and customer accounts

We collect the contact and delivery details you provide to process orders, send order confirmations, match payments and arrange shipping. An account stores your email, name and a salted password hash; passwords are not stored in readable form. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in.

Purchase records are retained for order history and business records. Verified accounts can review orders placed using the same email address, including earlier guest orders. Guest checkout does not require creating an account.

Optional promotional emails

Promotional signup is optional and is not required to buy products or create an account. We record the signup wording, time and source. An unverified email subscription requires confirmation. You can withdraw promotional consent through your account preferences or an unsubscribe link.

Service providers

The website uses its hosting platform for data and document storage and Resend for account and order emails. Delivery details are used to fulfill your order and may be shared with the selected shipping provider. We do not sell customer email lists.

Access and privacy requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact orders@mgmtresearch.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
