BPC-157 · Synthetic pentadecapeptide
BPC-157 is one of the most studied repair peptides in modern research. A synthetic 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protective compound in gastric juice, it shows consistent results across animal studies for tendon, ligament, muscle, bone, and GI tissue repair through angiogenesis, collagen organization, and inflammation control.

PITLANE-157 is our name for BPC-157.
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice (Body Protection Compound). It is widely studied in preclinical models for its pro-healing and tissue-protective properties.
Each vial contains 10 mg of labelled lyophilized compound.
Key ways it appears to mimic or amplify natural gastrointestinal and tissue repair mechanisms observed in animal studies:
Key takeaway: BPC-157 does not replace mechanical loading, physical therapy, or surgical intervention like natural healing does over time, but in preclinical rodent studies it consistently reproduces or enhances many of the core molecular and cellular signals the body uses during tissue protection and repair.
Review of rodent models showing BPC-157’s consistent positive effects on healing traumatic and systemic injuries in tendons, ligaments, and skeletal muscle, with potential for hypovascular tissues. All studies to date (up to 2019) report prompt healing without carriers needed.
PubMed – 30915550 ↗In rat tendon fibroblasts, BPC-157 dose- and time-dependently increased growth hormone receptor expression, boosting cell proliferation (via MTT assay and PCNA) when combined with growth hormone, supporting tendon healing.

Select your compound, vial amount, diluent volume, and sample amount. Our calculator converts your inputs into a concentration, volume, and U-100 syringe marking.
Enter an example amount to calculate its volume.
0.2 mL of solution per sample
2 mg ÷ 10 mg/mL = 0.2 mL
Concentration = vial amount ÷ solution volume. Sample volume = sample amount ÷ concentration. U-100 scale units = volume in mL × 100; these are volume markings, not units of compound potency.
This example assumes the final solution volume equals the diluent volume entered, and that the compound dissolves completely. It does not establish solubility, compatibility, stability, or an administration dose.
Decimal measurements are mathematical results and may fall between markings. Full samples are rounded down; they do not account for handling losses.
The calculator checks concentration mathematics. It does not select a treatment dose or establish compatibility, sterility, or stability. SEMARO is temporarily unavailable and is omitted from this selector. BAC Water is the diluent, not a peptide.
The descriptions and references on this page concern preclinical research. They do not establish a human safety profile or therapeutic regimen for PITLANE-157.
The labelled vial amount is the total compound quantity, not a recommended dose. No validated male or female clinical regimen is established for this product.
Sample amounts, exposure frequency and preparation conditions should follow the validated method for the specific research model.
