01. Meet the AFTERBURN bundle
AFTERBURN brings RETROD, TESAROSSA and BAC Water together in one organized research bundle. RETROD is our name for retatrutide; TESAROSSA is our name for tesamorelin.
The “fat loss stack” name describes the research theme behind the bundle. It is not evidence that using the compounds together produces an established clinical benefit. The cited studies below investigated the compounds separately.

02. RETROD: the retatrutide research profile
Retatrutide activates GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. In a 338-participant phase 2 obesity study, the 12 mg study group had a mean body-weight reduction of 17.5% at 24 weeks and 24.2% at 48 weeks, compared with 1.6% and 2.1% with placebo. [1]
Those are body-weight outcomes from a supervised trial—not a measurement of pure fat loss, an overnight result or a prediction for the AFTERBURN bundle.
03. TESAROSSA: the tesamorelin research profile
Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone analogue. It stimulates growth hormone release and increases IGF-1. Its clinical evidence includes reducing excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. [2]
The U.S. EGRIFTA WR label specifically states that the medicine is not indicated for weight-loss management and has a weight-neutral effect. That distinction matters when comparing tesamorelin findings with retatrutide weight-loss results. [2]
TESAROSSA is a research product. It is not the approved prescription formulation described in that label, and the label does not establish interchangeable dosing or preparation instructions.
04. Two pathways do not prove a combined benefit
The scientific interest is understandable: the compounds act through different hormonal pathways and have been studied using different outcomes. That can motivate a research question, but it does not answer it.
No combination trial supporting those claims was identified in this review. We therefore do not add the separate trial percentages together, promise synergy, or describe a weekly-plus-daily self-injection schedule as a validated AFTERBURN protocol.

A bathroom scale is useful for recording weight. Its reading should not be presented as direct proof of visceral-fat reduction or preservation of muscle.
06. Safety considerations belong in the comparison
Retatrutide’s phase 2 study reported dose-related gastrointestinal adverse events and increases in heart rate. [1]
Tesamorelin prescribing information includes warnings about elevated IGF-1, fluid retention, glucose intolerance or diabetes, and hypersensitivity. It also lists contraindications including active malignancy and pregnancy. This is not an exhaustive list. [2]
Different mechanisms do not mean the compounds’ risks cancel each other out. Separate safety data cannot establish that combined use is safe. Questions about personal treatment, interactions or symptoms require a qualified healthcare professional.
07. Laboratory handling and batch documentation
Keep each compound clearly identified with its own lot, quantity, preparation record and concentration. A shared holder organizes vials; it does not mean their contents should be combined.
BAC Water is the diluent included in the bundle, not a third fat-loss compound. Use only a validated, compatible laboratory procedure and follow the actual storage and handling instructions. A generic online guide cannot assign a universal post-mixing shelf life.

08. Frequently asked questions
Is AFTERBURN a clinically tested combined treatment?
No combined clinical evidence was identified in this review. AFTERBURN is a research bundle, and the separate studies do not validate a treatment regimen for it.
Can I add the weight-loss and visceral-fat percentages?
No. They measure different outcomes in different populations. Adding them would create an unsupported result.
Does TESAROSSA guarantee muscle preservation?
No such guarantee is established for this bundle. A mechanism or an outcome in a separate study cannot prove that benefit for the combination.
How long does one bundle last?
That depends on the laboratory’s sample plan and preparation losses. The contents are not packaged as a defined human treatment course.
Is the six-slot holder included?
Yes. AFTERBURN includes one holder for its two TESAROSSA vials, one RETROD vial and three BAC Water vials.
Does the free BAC Water promotion also apply?
